Sleeve Insert and Box Load Machine

This machine was designed and built to load a corrugated sleeve underneath an existing Medical Supplies container (to increase its strength during shipping), and then push the entire assembly into a double-wall corrugated box.

Ergonomics and operator safety were the primary concerns when designing this system. (Click an image to enlarge.)

Leak Check Machine

Designed to satisfy the most stringent military specifications, this machine tested possible leaks in a munitions energetic charge capsule. The operator loaded both test chambers and simultaneously tested two capsule for preset pass/fail criteria.

The machine was designed with the most reliable commercial and mechanical components, and used intrinsically safe sensors and an air purged cabinet. It was ruggedly designed to withstand daily operation in an army munitions production environment.
